This class provides an implementation for the primitive
\displaylimits.
The Math Primitive \displaylimits
The math primitive \displaylimits influences the treatment of
limits when occurring after a math operator. The consequence is that the
limits are typeset in the way as in display style.
In any other circumstances the primitive raises an error.
